Help and support

Restore your purchase, delete your data, get unstuck, or write to us.

Updated:

We read every message and reply in English or Spanish as soon as we can. To help us help you, please include your phone model, its Android or iOS version, the Bublumy version (Settings → About) and what happened. For purchase problems, add your order number: on Google Play it starts with GPA.; on the App Store it is the Order ID on Apple's receipt email. Never send passwords or card details.

Purchases

How do I restore my purchase on Android?
  1. Make sure your phone is connected to the internet.
  2. Open the Play Store, tap your profile picture and check that you are using the Google account you bought Bublumy with.
  3. Open Bublumy and go to Settings → Full game → Restore.
  4. You will see “Purchase restored!”. If the phone has several Google accounts, switch the Play Store to the one you bought with and try again.
How do I restore my purchase on iPhone?
  1. Make sure your iPhone is connected to the internet.
  2. Check that you are signed in with the Apple ID you bought Bublumy with: Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases.
  3. Open Bublumy and go to Settings → Full game → Restore.
  4. If asked, sign in with your Apple ID. You will see “Purchase restored!”.
I bought the full game but it didn't unlock
  • Make sure you are online and wait a moment. Some payment methods stay pending until the store confirms them; the game unlocks by itself as soon as that happens.
  • Close Bublumy completely and open it again: it checks your purchase with the store at startup.
  • Tap Settings → Full game → Restore.
  • Check that the store is signed in with the account you used to buy.
  • Still locked? Email us with your order number and phone model.
How do I get a refund?

Google and Apple process the payment, so they also handle refunds, under their own policies.

  • Google Play: follow Google Play's refund help. Shortly after buying you can usually request it directly from Google Play; if Google Play tells you to contact the developer, email us with your order number.
  • App Store: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose “Request a refund” and select Bublumy. Apple makes the decision.

After a refund, the full game content locks again. Your free progress stays.

Is there anything else to buy?

No. “Full game” is the only purchase, and it is a one-time payment. There are no ads, no subscriptions and no loot boxes, and pearls can only be earned by playing.

Your data

How do I delete my data?

Bublumy keeps your data only on your device and we don't hold any of it, so there is no account to delete.

  • Android: Settings → Apps → Bublumy → Storage → Clear storage, or simply uninstall the game.
  • iPhone: Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Bublumy → Delete App, or touch and hold the icon → Remove App → Delete App.

This permanently erases your progress and settings. Your Full game purchase stays on your store account and can be restored. To delete emails you sent us, just ask.

Can I move my progress to a new phone?

The game has no accounts or cloud saves. On iPhone, your progress comes along if you set up the new iPhone from an iCloud backup or a direct transfer that includes app data. On Android, progress stays on the old phone. On both, you can restore your Full game purchase from Settings → Full game → Restore.

I lost my progress

Progress is saved only on the device. Uninstalling the game, clearing its data or resetting the phone erases it, and because it is never sent to us, we can't recover it. Your Full game purchase is not lost: restore it from Settings.

Playing

How do I play?

Bublumys rise by themselves. Pick a tool from the tray, place it in the chamber, then press Release and watch the crowd follow your plan. Tap a placed piece to turn it; the bin removes it. Undo reverts your last change, and Stop lets you change your plan until the first Bublumy arrives. The Tutorial teaches every tool in 20 short lessons (about 10 minutes).

Which difficulty should I choose?
  • Easy: a guide path shows where Bublumys go. Relaxed.
  • Medium: no guide path, and decoy tools sneak in.
  • Hard (full game): a timer based on the pieces (up to 50 s) and one Stop per chamber.
  • Expert (full game): a timer of up to 30 s, no Stop and no Tide Shell.

Easy and Medium are free for the whole first ocean.

A chamber feels impossible

Every chamber is generated with a way through for the crowd you bring. Try a Peek to see one piece of a solution, switch to Easy, or turn on Gentle Tide in Settings for a spare piece and the full path preview.

I can't hear any sound

On iPhone, the game follows the Ring/Silent switch, so check the switch and the volume. Music and effects have their own sliders in Settings.

Accessibility options

Settings includes Reduce motion, High contrast, Left-handed controls, a larger text size, a slower starting speed and Gentle Tide.

Devices and requirements

Which devices are supported?
  • Android: phones with Android 7.0 or later.
  • iPhone: iOS 14 or later.

Bublumy is in English and Spanish. It follows your device language, and you can change it in Settings → Language.

Do I need an internet connection?

No. Bublumy plays fully offline. It only needs the internet to show the price, buy or restore the full game, and confirm your purchase with the store.
